These are the new Evo burrs made of a higher quality (thermosteel)steel for better durability. They fit in the older Kryo models as well as the new EVO
Sharp burrs are extremely important for making great coffee. Inspect your burrs every few months by running your finger over the burrs against the direction of rotation. If the burr edges feel smooth it is time to to replace them. Life expectancy of the stnadard burrs are approximately 400kg. the new burrs should be good for approximately 600kg
